Monday 12/25/06
The website has once again undergone a major User Interface upheaval. The Nav Menu, on the left,
contains links to different parts of the site. The Control Menu, on the right, contains the site controls
and an all-new quick-jump Bible bar. When you hover the mouse over the "Articles" or "Links"
buttons on the Nav Menu a sub-menu will appear next to it showing the contents of that page in a nutshell. Some
of the techniques I used in the new UI may have bugs in them. The pages have been tested, but I suspect that
there may be bugs I have missed. One bug I have taken note of but have been unable to fix so far is a bug that
appears on the Online Bible, where the sub-menu of "Articles" goes underneath the Bible Book selection
box. I am working on that problem. As always, bug reports can be emailed to

The old end of the church age article has been rewritten from the ground up due to increasing
numbers of patches I've been applying to it in recent days because I haven't been happy with it.

A single-line interface has been added to the Online Bible, allowing users to type the passage
they would like to bring up in one field, rather than having to select a book from a menu, fill in
the chapter box, and fill in the verses boxes. I expect to hear bug reports from this one. It took me
about a week to get it to recognize book names with spaces in them (for example "1 Corinthians,
" "Song Of Solomon") so bug reports will not be a nasty suprise for me.
Wednesday 11/01/06
A new version of the style-switching controls has been added to the site to avoid forcing the
user's web browser to load different presentational-control files. This new interface is at the top
of the main pages.
The Online Bible has undergone significant changes since I first put it up. It's function now is to actually display the passage that the user enters. It is still in beta, and any bugs should be reported.

A whole host of new changes have been made. The navigation interface has been totally re-tooled
and re-designed. An all-new style switcher has been added to the main pages, allowing users to change
the way the site looks. An all-new article has been added to the Articles section, this one is
entitled "The Bible Is A Law Book." In fact, such a multitude of changes have been made
that I took it to mind to upgrade the site's version number to 3.2. Go ahead and check out the new
features. I'd love to hear from you and hear what you
think of the changes.

This update is intended to be a correction and apology. On the text-only "handheld" version of the site, an entry appeared in the contents section titled "What are they up to now?" and the link led to an incomeplete page. My apologies for this, "What are they up to now?" is an article I am working on that catalogues the plethora of ridiculous signs I have seen in front of churches. This article is not ready yet, therefore there is not much on this page. I made the mistake of updating the site before removing that entry in the text-only table of contents. The problem will be corrected.

In response to an email notification, several flaws in the Old Testament Chronological Reading Program have been corrected. These
include all the links to 2 Chronicles below Nahum and a link to a passage in 2 Kings, source pages have been created for these passages.

Minor changes have been made to the Spreading the Gospel section.
Update--All pages have been converted over to the new look of OnlyTheBible.com. The old background and text formatting has been done away with. Minor changes have been made to the end of the Church Age article. News from July has been moved into the news archive

Plans for an altered URL path to the website for handheld users are being implemented. A purely text version of the website is
being developed.

The revision continues to roll forward, a brand-spanking-new background and a graphical navigation bar has been added to give the
site a cleaner look.

OnlyTheBible.com has been revised for the third time! It now has been split into five different sections:
Home, Articles, Peacemaker Ministries, Links and Spreading the Gospel. The Home section contains the introduction,
and news. The Articles section contains the articles that have been written for this website. The Peacemaker Ministries
section is where I have placed my bio, the website's history and contact information. The Links section has, you guessed
it, links to other websites. And the Spreading the Gospel section tells readers how I and my family are at work spreading
the gospel to the world.
The articles themselves have not been changed, but the About me/Links article has been removed due to the fact that It is now part of it's own section. The website should still be rendered by handheld devices with a white background and black text and less advanced formatting, so if this is not the case, please contact me and I will see what I can do about it.

The author is continuing to bring this website up to web-standards (specifically, XHTML 1.0 Transitional, but that probably won't
mean anything to you).

Advances in the author's web-knowledge has allowed the background to be restored. Now a differently looking page should appear on
handheld devices thanks to an extra line of code.

General notice: The Old Testament Chronological Reading Program is now online. Known problems: 1st and 2nd Chronicles as well as
Song Of Solomon and Habakkuk do not have corrosponding web-files, so these passages may be inaccessible. Please
report any broken links, links that do not lead to the correct passages, or incorrectly
labeled links (such as II Kings 31, as there are only 25 chapters in II Kings).

The next round of testing the Old Testament Chronological Reading Program will begin today. By authoritative request it will now
be referred to as the Reading Program rather than Reading List from now on.
Update--Evolution: The Empty Theory will be undergoing a re-work. Don't worry, I'm not going to take it offline, but it is going to look different pretty soon. I'm hoping to use it to launch my next website: In the beginning, Hydrogen?

SPARTAN-II Publishing (me) has decided to form a branch dedicated to spreading the Gospel, this branch is called
Peacemaker Ministries (also me). This change comes into effect now. OnlyTheBible.com is now run by Peacemaker Ministries under the umbrella
of SPARTAN-II Publishing but no longer by it.

Update--The Old Testament Chronological Reading Program has been delayed, the destination files for all of the 1st and 2nd Chronicles links will have to be made from scratch. The TULIP article is now online, just click The Biblical Doctrines of Grace on the table of contents.

Testing on the chronological listing has begun, several problems have arisen, entire sections of missing "links." Ha ha.

Background had to be removed on account of the upcoming Old Testament Chronological Reading Program which would especially benefit
wireless users. Unfortunately, the background makes this site much more cumbersome to load on a wireless device. So the background

The TULIP article is nearly finished. All five letters have first draft explanations and are awaiting final changes. Work has
begun on a joint effort between me and the author of QuitChurch.com to format the Old Testament
Chronological Reading Program in clickable links to the different passages of the Bible. (Note: The reading list has already been compiled
by Ryan Boone.)

Work continues on the TULIP article. T,U, and L have been finished and the rest is still to come. OnlytheBible
bumperstickers will soon be available.
